The Fluent Service Lab option is well suited for evaluation or feasibility studies and provides an easy on-ramp to Fluent’s PIPseq single cell technology. 

With this option, all you need to do is to capture cells with less than 10 minutes of hands-on time using the PIPseq T2 or T20 3′ Single Cell Capture and Lysis Kit, and then ship to the Fluent Service Lab in a pre-paid package. Our in-house experts will perform downstream processing from library prep & NGS through primary data analysis, providing QC reports and notifications along the way.  The final data report includes basic cell metrics and clustering information, as well as feature-barcode matrices which are compatible with tertiary analysis software tools.
